If you're stuck, here's how to get assistance.
Before Contacting Support¶
Try these steps first:
- Check Common Issues - Your problem may already have a solution
- Restart the app - Sometimes a fresh start fixes things
- Check the logs - They often contain helpful error messages
Finding the Logs¶
Logs are stored at:
~/Library/Application Support/CertumDraft/Logs/app.log
To open this folder:
- Open Finder
- Press
Cmd + Shift + G - Paste:
~/Library/Application Support/CertumDraft/Logs/ - Press Enter
Reporting a Problem¶
When reporting an issue, please include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Any error messages you saw
- The app log if possible
Feature Requests¶
Have an idea for improving Certum Draft? We'd love to hear it!
When suggesting a feature:
- Describe the problem you're trying to solve
- Explain how you currently work around it
- Suggest how you'd like it to work
